Brazilian Cerrado

The country of Brazil produces a wide variety of coffee beans and the one we offer comes from the Cerrado region, which is a tropical savannah in the center of Brazil known for its consistent climate.  The beans are grown at an average elevation of 3,500 feet and the ones we offer have the highest cup category in the Brazilian coffee grading system due to their bean size, fine cup and strictly soft features.   We roast these beans at a medium roast to capture the nutty and malt flavor finish of this exquisite coffee.
